My Best Friend is Having a Baby – Chicago Maternity Photography

I’m an emotional mess over this session because I happen to love this pregnant mama very much. This lovely mom is my best friend, Jenna.

I couldn’t possibly be more excited about the fact that these two are having their first baby!

I went up to Chicago for their maternity session (and baby shower) a few weeks ago. It was right after the bitter cold and snow storm of 2014 known as the ‘Polar Vortex.’ The good news for these two is that it wasn’t -40 degrees outside like it was the week before, but it was still pretty dang cold. These two (three?) were troopers. Their reward is some pretty awesome pictures!
