Central Park in Carmel, Indiana, is an amazing spot for a family photo sessions. I love shooting here because of the wide variety of beautiful backdrops in one location. The park offers something for every style—whether you want scenic nature shots or something more playful and fun for the kids.

When I say I’m a doodle lover, I mean it! We have not one, but two doodles at home. Our mini Labradoodle is 12 years old and full of personality—grumpy yet loveable as ever. And then there’s our 6-month-old Goldendoodle, a giant bundle of joy and pure energy. With these two in the house, I get my daily dose of dog snuggles, goofy moments, and the occasional burst of chaos.

We captured such a variety of images from this session! There were moments with everyone smiling at the camera, kids playing and exploring, and parents cuddling. Each shot shows off the unique connection this family shares. This mix of posed and candid moments makes each session feel complete—and so much fun to look back on!

The trees paint the landscape with red, orange, and yellow hues, creating a picturesque scene. Despite the crisp chill in the air these two embraced the cold without much fuss. The day may have been cool, but their warmth of connection and anticipation transformed the chilly atmosphere into a cozy celebration, beautifully complemented by the enchanting fall surroundings.
