The sunflower fields at Spencer Farm in Noblesville are one of my absolute favorite places to shoot, and for good reason. There’s something magical about walking through a sea of bright yellow blooms stretching as far as the eye can see. The fields, which span 3.5 acres, are truly a sight to behold, with sunflowers towering anywhere from 3 to 9 feet tall. The way the sun hits the field at golden hour creates the perfect warm glow that makes every session feel like a dream.

Toddlers make sessions unpredictable—and that’s exactly why I love photographing them. They don’t fake anything. When you see a big smile or hear a belly laugh, you know it’s 100% real. This sweet girl gave us plenty of both! She explored, played, and kept her parents on their toes the entire time. Her joy was contagious, and it shone through in every shot.
